Data protection
Under Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Confederation (Data Protection Act, DPA), all individuals are entitled to protection of their privacy and to protection from the misuse of their personal data. Campaign supporters comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated in strict confidence and is not sold or forwarded to third parties. In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we seek to protect the databases as effectively as possible from unauthorized access, losses, misuse and forgery. When our websites are accessed the following data are stored in logfiles: IP address, date, time, browser search and general information transmitted regarding the operating system or browser. These usage data form the basis for anonymous statistical analyses (see below: Google Analytics) enabling trends to be recognized, on the basis of which campaign supporters can make improvements to the website. Under the Federal Act on the Surveillance of Postal and Telecommunications Traffic there is a statutory obligation to preserve connection data for six months. When you voluntarily contact us via the order or contact form your e-mail address is stored in a database that is not linked to the anonymous logfiles. You are entitled to have your information deleted on request at any time.
