We all go through crises. Setbacks, shocks and grief all take time to process emotionally. Take all the time you need! And in crisis situations, give it to others as well.

  • Concentrate on your vital rhythm (food, exercise, breathing, sleep).
  • Take a step back: you're not responsible for everything.
