Ask for help

Accepting help is a sign of strength. There are people who want to help you if you entrust yourself to them. Asking for help doesn't make you a weakling. Asking for help also means giving your trust.

In especially stressful situations it's important for you to concentrate on what you do well. You can delegate and ask for help with everything you find difficult or unimportant at the moment.
