Accept yourself

Do you know any individuals at all who think they're perfect and actually are? Probably not. It's your imperfections that make you unique. Appreciate what you're good at, and think about what gives you satisfaction. Accepting yourself as you are means that you are tuned into your own body, and you pay attention to the signals it sends you. There's a reason why decisions based on gut instincts often turn out to be right. Do you know what your strengths are? If so, you're entirely capable of understanding your weaknesses better and accepting them.
